
It’s Easter and that for me means Lamb!
We have a small leg of lamb that I reckon would do well on the rotisserie to try that out on the Masterbuilt.
Rubbed with Angus & Oink Garlic Butter Rub and using Butcher BBQ Butter Grilling Oil the lamb goes into the smoker at 400f to roast.
Every now and again I pour more of the grilling oil over the lamb until it hits 150f internal.
Taken off the smoker and left to rest for 30mins before cutting it up, the lamb is beautifully pink and has great flavour from the the rub that does get into the meat more from the butter oil.
While resting, we keep the BBQ going and test out doing Yorkshire Puddings on it. They turn out a little blond, likely the bbq is running a little cooler than what it says but they are still wonderful (I love Yorkshires).
