There is a brisket in the freezer for when this is all over, a whole gammon too
I have beef ribs from my local butcher I will be cooking up this week hopefully but with less money in my pocket (at least the government is paying 80% of my salary) there is none spare to cook lots.
I have stocked up on some coal as I was running low.
So when this is all done and I can have friends over again, more cooks will happen
On the plus side….and the expanding waistline….we bought a KitchenAid mixer…my wife is baking for the world it seems, cookies, brownies, cakes, cupcakes and pizza dough
